Pai International Open Box Sale Terms and Conditions for LED Panels
1. **Eligibility**
- The Open Box Sale is applicable to LED Panels only.
- Available at participating Pai International online only
2. **Product Condition**
- All products sold under the Open Box Sale are pre-owned or returned items.
- Products may have been opened or used but are thoroughly inspected and certified by Pai International technicians.
3. **Warranty**
- A limited warranty of 6 months is provided for all Open Box LED Panels, effective from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse.
4. **Return and Exchange Policy**
- All Open Box sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product is found to be defective within 7 days of purchase.
- Defective products will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent model if available.
5. **Pricing**
- Prices for Open Box LED Panels are significantly discounted compared to new products.
- Prices are non-negotiable and are subject to change without prior notice.
6. **Purchase Limitations**
- Purchases are limited to a maximum of two LED Panels per customer, subject to availability.
- Pai International reserves the right to cancel or limit any order that it believes may violate these terms and conditions.
7. **Product Availability**
- Stock of Open Box LED Panels is limited and subject to availability.
- Products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
8. **Delivery and Installation**
- Standard delivery charges apply for all Open Box products.
- Installation services are available at an additional cost and must be requested at the time of purchase.
