Feeling unhappy on the drop in the price of new phone you bought recently?

Feel relaxed with our Value Added Service, Pai Secure – Price Drop Protection. We will reimburse the amount to the extent of price drop (Excluding GST), if price drop happens within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unique code will be sent to the eligible customer. Eligible customer can buy any product only at Pai by showing this unique code. Customer has to pay the difference amount by card/cash, in case the value of the product exceeds the price drop amount.

Terms & Conditions & Process:

·Eligibility:

•             Eligible only within 30 days from the date of purchase as per the date mentioned in the original invoice.

•             This value added service is not applicable for Apple Models.

·Price Drop Announcement:

•             Official announcement made only by Brand through mail or advertisement will be considered for price drop.

•             Discounted price offered/advertised by any offline or online retail is not considered for price drop.

•             Pricing arrived under exchange scheme from any Trade/Retailer/online will not be considered for price drop.

·Communication to Customer:

•             From HO, Price drop will be communicated through SMS or Mail to customer to the mobile number / Mail ID which is mentioned in the Invoice.

•             SMS or Mail will have details of revised price of the model for which price drop has happened.

•             The SMS or Mail will have a unique code.

·Processing with Unique Code:

•             Customer has to visit any Pai Outlet and show the unique code.

•             Our Store person will check the unique code & co-ordinate with our HO accounts for taking approval to process the price drop reimbursement.

•             The validity of the unique code is one week time from the date of receiving the sms or mail.

•             Customer can buy any product at any Pai outlet.

•             Customer has to pay the difference amount by card/cash, in case the value of the product exceeds the price drop amount.

•             This price drop reimbursement amount is not refundable in cash/cheque.

•             Multiple times use of unique code is not allowed.

•             If the value of the new product purchased is less than the price drop amount, balance carry forward is not allowed.

FAQs

1.            What is meant by Official Price Drop?

An announcement made only by Brands through official mail communication to Pai or through exclusive brand advertisement in Newspapers will be considered as an official price drop. Only the models for which there has been an official mail communication from the brands to Pai or an exclusive brand advertisement in newspaper is considered as an official Price Drop.

2.What is not considered as an Official Price Drop?

In the general course of business, we may reduce the price of the product considering the demand, stock availability & sales trend of models. We absorb this loss by reducing the price of the product to clear the stocks. Such clearance of stocks could be for various reasons. Such discount given internally from our end is not an Official Price Drop.

3.Whether all Brands are eligible for price drop?

No. Price drop is not applicable for Apple phones.

4.Advertisement done by competition has lower prices. Can it be considered as price drop?

No. Discount given by competition is not an official price drop. Generally competition gives discount to meet their business requirements. Such discounted price given in advertisement or websites by the competition does not qualify for Price Drop.

5.Brand might be selling their product at a lesser price in their own website or any other website. Can such lesser price be considered as price drop?

No. We won’t consider the pricing mentioned in the brand website or any other websites for price drop. Usually online websites which has been funded by venture capitalists will be burning money in the form of discounts. Online generally uses money funded by Venture Capitalists for giving discounts. Hence these are not official price drop and are not eligible for price drop.

6.How does the customer know about a price drop?

We will send an email or sms with the price drop announcement along with unique code to the customer who is eligible for the price drop.

7.What is the validity of unique code?

Validity of unique code is 7 days.

8.What customer can buy from the price drop amount?

Customer can buy any product at any Pai store. It can be mobile / accessories / Consumer Durables / Home Appliances / Kitchen Appliances / Laptops Etc. Customer has to pay the difference amount by card/cash, in case the value of the product exceeds the price drop amount. If the value of the new product purchased is less than the price drop amount, balance carry forward is not allowed.
