PAI SECURE – 365 Days DAMAGE PROTECTION
Your phone got damaged within 12Months from the date of
purchase?
No worries with our Value Added Service, Pai Secure – Damage
Protection.
With our Value added service, you will get up to 50% (Up to
180 Days 50%(excluding GST) and 181 to
365 Days 30%(Excluding GST))of the damaged phone basic value (excluding GST) as
reimbursement. This reimbursement amount is not refundable in cash/cheque.
Customer can buy any new phone only at Pai from this Approved amount. Customer
has to pay the difference amount by card/cash, in case the value of the new
mobile exceeds the reimbursement amount.
We will not ask any explanation from the customer regarding
how it got damaged. Customer will get approval even if handset get damaged in
two pieces

Terms & Conditions & Process:
• Up to 180
Days 50%(excluding GST) and 181 to 365
Days 30%(Excluding GST)
• Eligible
within 12Months (365Days) from the date of purchase as per the date mentioned
in the original invoice.
• Customer
has to visit to nearest pai store along with the damaged phone & original
invoice.
• Customer
has to provide photocopy of the Government recognized ID proof. The name on ID
Proof has to match with the name on the original invoice.
• If
customer wishes to get the damaged handset repaired from any service Centre,
then customer should get it done at his own cost (Pai will not reimburse any
repair cost under any circumstances).
• If
customer wishes to use PAI SECURE – DAMAGE PROTECTION, then customer needs to
submit the damaged mobile phone and original bill to our store staff along with
all accessories and original box.
• Customer
will get up to 50% of the damaged phone value (excluding GST) as reimbursement.
• If
accessories and original box is not there, then customer will get up to 40% of
the CLAIM Value as reimbursement.
• HO
Confirmation in mail is must before communicating final approval to customer.
• All
process will be handled across the stores from Monday to Saturday – between
11am to 7pm. On holidays and Sundays, process will be handled on next working
day.
• This
reimbursement amount is not refundable in cash/cheque.
• This
value added service is not applicable for Apple Models & EOL Models.
• If the
same model is not available in stock at Pai, then customer has to buy a
different model at Pai. Customer has to pay the difference amount by card/cash,
in case the value of the new mobile exceeds the reimbursement amount.
• Customer
can buy any new phone only at Pai from this up to 50% amount. Customer has to
pay the difference amount by card/cash, in case the value of the new mobile
exceeds the reimbursement amount.
• Water/Liquid
Damage is also covered.
• Damage
Protection PF deduction: up to 180 Days Rs.199/-, 181 to 365 Days Rs.499
(Amount will be deducted in reimbursement amount).
• Liability
of the company will not exceed 50% of the net invoice value (Excluding GST) of
the damaged phone under any circumstances.
• Submission
of relevant physical damaged phone is compulsory under any circumstances.
